A. Booking a car, payment methods and cancellation policy

  1. I have just filled in the request form. When will I have an offer?

    You will receive our corfu car hire offer within a few hours, some times even sooner. We would really appreciate if you are as accurate as possible with the dates and times and also mention your flight details, place ofdelivery and collection, special requests etc in the comment box.

  2. How can I book the car?

    If you agree with our offer you can reply to our e-mail accepting our offer and we will sent you the reservation form.

  3. Is there a deposit I need to pay prior to my arrival?

    No, we have a "no deposit" policy regarding all our reservations.

  4. Do I need a credit card for the car hire?

    No, a credit card is not neccessary for your booking. We will not ask you for your credit card number as a deposit.

  5. What are the payment methods?

    Credit card payments are acceptable but we prefer cash payment when you receive your car if possible please.

B. Cancellation Policy

  1. Is there a cancellation fee?

    No, there is no cancellation fee but in case of a cancellation we would appreciate if you let us know as soon as possible please.

C. General terms and conditions

  1. What is your fuel policy?

    You will be required to drop off the car with the same amount of petrol you collected it. We will not charge you a full tank and ask you to bring it back empty. All our cars use unleaded petrol and we recommend Unleaded 95 which is cheaper than super unleaded.

  2. Can I ferry the car to the mainland?

    No. We're afraid there is no insurance and no road assistance if you ferry the car.

  3. What is the minimum rental period?

    The minimum rental period is one day.

  4. What is your traffic fines policy?

    Traffic fines resulting from violations of the Greek traffic law are paid by the customer.

  5. I own a driver's license from a non EU country, should I get an International Driving License in order to drive a rental car in Greece?
    Yes, please.

D. Delivery and collection

  1. Where do you deliver and collect cars?

    We deliver cars at Corfu airport, Corfu Port, all the populal tourist areas and almost anywhere on Corfu.

  2. Are there any delivery or collection charges?

    No. Both delivery and collection are included in the price quoted.

  3. What if my flight or boat is too late? Are there any charges? Will you still have the car for me?

    There will be absolutely no charges and we will of course be at the airport or port when you arrive.

  4. Is there a Top Cars office in Corfu airport or port?

    No, but our representative will be there to welcome you as soon as you leave the arrivals and personally deliver you the car. There will be no shuttle bus to a remote area or long queues at a front desk.

    We will give you directions to your accommodation and also make some suggestions which places to visit during your stay in Corfu. Unlike other companies we will not give you the keys and let you find the car in the car park yourself.

E. Car groups, models, etc.

  1. Do you have automatic cars on your fleet?

    I am sorry but we don't have automatic cars in our fleet.

  2. Do you have people carriers or mini buses on your fleet?

    I am sorry but we don't have people carriers or mini buses in our fleet.

  3. What if there are no more cars available from the specific car group I booked?

    In the event of this happening, you will get a free upgrade to the next car group.

F. Extras

  1. Is there an extra charge for baby seats, boosters,road maps and second driver?

    Νο, there is no extra charge for baby and booster seats, road maps and second driver.
